Instant favourites include Kung Pao Chicken (spicy, sweet and delicious chicken thighs with Szechuan peppercorn, garlic, ginger, spring onions, dried red chillies, and peanuts), Black Pepper Stir Fry and the Garlic Prik Thai Hot Plate - fresh garlic strips fried in the wok with a selection of vegetables – a must for garlic lovers.
